Cultural Economy After Neo-Liberalism Workshop
Culture Media Economy at Monash University will be holding a free two day workshop on 25 and 26 June proceeding the ACEI2018 conference. This workshop will be held at Monash College located in central Melbourne. The workshop features a range of international and Australian academics involved in cultural economy research including former ACEI president Arjo Klammer. Australian Conference of Economists (ACE) 2018
The 2018 Australian Conference of Economists will be held in Canberra from 10th to 13th July. Featuring as a key note speaker at ACE2018 will be a well known member of our own Association for Cultural Economics International, Prof. Katy Graddy. Also the Australian Conference of Economists has advised that it may run streams dedicated to cultural economics if there is sufficient interest from papers submitted. The 2018 Econometric Society Australasia Meeting (ESAM 2018)
The 2018 Econometric Society Australasia Meeting (ESAM 2018) will be held in Auckland, New Zealand July 1-4, 2018. The Meeting will be hosted by the School of Economics at Auckland University of Technology in the Auckland CBD.
ESAM 2018 will incorporate the Griliches Lectures, which will be delivered by Kenneth Wolpin of Rice University on Sunday, July 1, 2018.
Stephen Morris will deliver the Presidential Address and there will be keynote lectures by Guido Kuersteiner, John Ledyard, Peter C. B. Phillips and Harald Uhlig.
The conference organisers welome submissions of papers in all areas of economics. The submission deadline is February 15, 2018. Acceptance decisions will be sent on March 31, 2018. 2018 Asian Meeting of the Econometric Society
The 2018 Asian Meeting of the Econometric Society will be held on June 21-23, 2018, at Sogang University, Seoul.
The Program Committee Chairs are Jang-Ok Cho (Sogang University), In Choi (Sogang University) and Chongmin Kim (Kookmin University). The Hotelling lecture of 2018 AMES will be delivered by Professor Yuliy Sannikov of Standford University.
