Project title: A Feasibility Study of Cassava-based Sustainable Products
Project aim: To conduct a feasibility study of cassava-based sustainable products, including: (i) literature review of all existing and potential green products from cassava; (ii) technical and financial feasibility of producing these green products in Vietnam; and (iii) market scan and business potential for these green products in Australia, NZ as well as Southeast Asia.
