Professional Communication
Professional Communication at RMIT strongly integrates theory and practice. In a changing environment that’s heavily influenced by cultural trends and advancements in technology, communication empowers people.
Students of Professional Communication specialise in of the four areas of journalism, media production, advertising and public relations while investigating the advantages of interdisciplinary media and communication skills. To be complemented by professional placements with government departments, media or advertising agencies, community TV, radio stations or consultancies that RMIT has existing relationships with, or in an approved arrangement of their own choosing.
