Canvas video hosting (ARC) will auto generate closed caption text for you.
This will allow your viewers the ability to switch on closed caption text thereby enhancing the experience and accessibility for those users. It has to be switched on then edited to ensure quality as the auto generator in not 100% accurate.

Follow the instructions on ‘How do I add captions to Arc media in Canvas?’ 3 and begin creating and editing your closed captions.
