| Mon 11 Nov | All participating BA Fine Art graduating students meet at 9.30am | Prep and Paint installation spaces |
| Tues 12 to Fri 15th Nov | Installation of works 9.00-5pm | BAFA students install works in consultation with academic curators and technical staff. |

| Fri 15 Nov | Tag & test of ALL AV equipment | If you’ve using non-RMIT equipment take to Building 2 Level 2 Room 8 (Gallery) Times TBC |
| Mon 18 Nov | Wellbeing, Heath & Safety Walkthrough 9.30-4.30pm | Students to be available in case installations need adjusting |
| Tues 19 Nov | Opening event for ‘Graduate Exhibition: Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art)’ 5-8pm | awards night! all welcome 🙂 |
| Wed-Thu 20-21 Nov | Graduate Exhibition open to the public 11am-5pm | Invigilation by BA FA Graduates [sign up here link coming soon] |
| Fri 22 Nov | Graduate Exhibition open to the public, Late Night Friday Hours 1pm-7pm | Invigilation by BA FA Graduates [sign up here link coming soon] |
| Sat-Sun 23-24 Nov | Graduate Exhibition open to the Public Hours: 10am-4pm | Invigilation by BA FA Graduates [sign up here link coming soon] |
| Mon 25 Nov | De-install works & repair spaces to original condition 9.00am-4.30pm | Works to be removed from campus. Spaces repaired to exhibition condition. |

Mobility Access: if you have friends/family who require mobility access to Building 4 level 5 during opening hours (other than opening night) please contact RMIT Security 03 9925 3895 and they will provide access. Unfortunately, there is no mobility access available to Building 4 Level 2.
