THE SPACE BETWEEN

Propelled by an endless fascination with the natural world and our relationship to it, my work is often site-responsive, based on my own engagement with the urban and natural landscape. I favour experimental modes of making, grounded in traditional and contemporary printmaking techniques, such as lithography, intaglio, relief and screen printing. Process-driven research and intuitive methodologies are central to my creative practice, which seeks to recontextualise often overlooked elements of day-to-day life. Looking outward while also reflecting inward, my conceptual framework is often informed by my own lived experience and desire to challenge my perceptions of society and the world around us. My most recent body of work unpacks bisexuality and notions of gender and sexual fluidity through abstract forms and material exploration.
