GO WITH THE FLOW MAN is an oil and acrylic painting on canvas that explores the notion of the awareness of thought. The painting is about how our thoughts are similar to jellyfish in that they float about our head and have a energy of their own, it is only when we observe our thoughts that we can be free of them and not identify so strongly with them, mistaking them for who we are. The jellyfish floating out of the broken head of a man symbolise this realisation.
INBETWEEN WORLDS is an oil painting on canvas that explores the theme of meditation and the oneness between humans and nature. I feel that nature is like a portal we connect to where our personally-identified world reconnects back to who we really are and the invaluable wisdom that can arise from the great mother. The diamond in the painting and the repeated rainbow outline of the mans figure gravitating toward the diamond is symbolising the portal to nature and connection back to our true self as awareness.
