A Journey of Self-Healing

My current practice explores the process of self-healing through art, using oil painting as a medium for emotional reflection and unconscious expression. Through an intuitive and process-based approach, I seek to release control and allow each painting to unfold naturally, guided by emotion and instinct rather than technical perfection.

By embracing uncertainty and imperfection, my work becomes a dialogue between the conscious and unconscious — between the act of doing and the act of feeling. Each brushstroke serves as a trace of my internal rhythm, recording states of calm, vulnerability, and transformation.
