Abstract:

The theatre season I am proposing is titled “Forbidden Fruit” consisting of 3 theatre productions with the addition of networking events. The season aims to focus on the stories of reclaiming power through unconventional methods and hidden meanings within the themes. The shows included will be ‘The Mares’ by Kate Mulvany, ‘Black Medea’ by Wesley Enoch, and ‘BOY CALLED FLAG’ by David Brown, as they all share and provide themes of gaining power with a forbidden approach.
