RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS ON THE DEVELOPMENT PROSPECT OF THE ARTS MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY AND THE CAREER PLANNING OF PRACTITIONERS.
With the development of society and the improvement of our living standards, more and more people have had the ability and time to pay attention to art.
This research will adopt qualitative research methods—specifically the questionnaire survey—from the perspective of people engaged in the art industry, to find out their feelings about their work and how to improve the efficiency of art management. (Keeney, K. 2018) This study will combine relevant knowledge and theories of management to analyse the future development prospects of the arts management industry and the career development prospects of people engaged in the arts industry. The current problem with research is that the questionnaire objectives of the research methodology may not provide enough information to the researchers. Therefore, it is necessary to combine content analysis with quantitative research methods to obtain more data beneficial to this study.
