SQUISH
Summary: Studying the nature of skin/flesh and its movement. Differing skin types, as in aged, blemished, scarred etc. and what those contexts translate to within the human structure. Skin in daily movement and light, stretched, pulled and squished in moments of mundane tasks and routines. Studying tones and hues found within and under the depicted flesh tones, creating depth, dimension and texture. The reality of our flesh, its supposed flaws subverted to demonstrate beauty in these unique but universal features of the body we all acquire along the way.
