My project aims to explore the profound interaction between the spiritual and material aspects of human existence, revealing the hidden dimensions beneath our everyday lives.
I recognise that many prioritise spiritual well-being over material wealth. In their daily lives, this pursuit of spirituality often represents an unconscious resistance to the constraints of the material world, a yearning to liberate oneself through boundless imagination. My work aims to depict the unfettered and liberated essence of the individual soul, transcending worldly constraints and embracing a sense of freedom.
Through photography, I employ a range of materials and lighting techniques to create a surreal atmosphere. By capturing uncanny scenes, I strive to convey the diverse and authentic states within the human soul. This approach bridges the gap between the material and metaphysical worlds, facilitating a visual dialogue that transcends conventional boundaries.
My primary task is to convey deeper perspectives and metaphors hidden beneath surface appearances through imagery. In summary, my project revolves around referencing and exploring the hidden spiritual realms.
