Something flickers on and Off, something is pierced through/有物一闪一灭,有物被击穿
The water in the clouds, the clouds on the wall.
Silently recite the mistakes been made in the past, lost all memories when thoughts wandered.
There is no time in the world of the mind, wandering is human instinct. I use contemplation to gaze at my soul. I always come back here, this grey dilemma. Leave a heart on the grass, feel the silence, feel the blank between this second and the next second.
A lake doesn’t flow like a river; we don’t need to rush into the next minute for now.
An universe, a lake.
For anything that has physical form, if you gaze at it, it seems to flow from the past to the present and then to the future.
In this project, I try to record the moments when my mind wanders.
When we are in these quiet, silent moments, time will be no longer a flowing river, but a calm lake. There is a gap between this second and the next, waiting to be found, that is a solidified room. When a river is infinitely divided, its smallest unit is a drop of water, which can also be the smallest lake in the world. When I gaze at the lake. When I gaze at it, my soul and I meet on different sides of the lake.
In these moments, I am allowed to forget the existence of time, or escape the constraints of time. I hope that my project can be like a gray mist, outlining the shape of the soul hidden in it.
