You Can Kiss My Elbow follows the beginnings of a new chapter in my life. A chapter in which I am learning countless new things abouts love, identity and desire, so much so I was compelled to start documenting it.
It is an overflowing, a blooming, a whisper becoming a shout becoming a scream. Captured entirely on film and hand-printed on glass plates and paper, these images are part of a new ecology of love in my life, of light bouncing around and settling onto the eyes of the viewer. I have never taken photos of myself or of other people in this way, but if there is anything I have learnt, you should never wait to share something you love with the world,
and it seems I have finally found something worth sharing.
