I, Me, Myself

This body of work is an exploration of the self, guided by a simple but profound principle:

“I am not just taking pictures, I am taking myself in.”

Through a practice that combines considered, staged self-portraits with the spontaneity of a daily visual journal, the artwork chronicles a journey of introspection. The images—capturing both the artist’s presence and the mundane objects, fleeting moments of everyday life—are treated as evidence in an ongoing investigation. It is an ongoing exploration of how our identity is shaped not just through major events, but also through our intimate spaces, our private thoughts, and our small yet specific joys from daily happenings.

Presented as a non-linear installation, the work functions like a mind map or a detective’s evidence board, inviting viewers to piece clues together and find their own narrative. Ultimately, I, Me, Myself is an offering that suggests a deep and honest look at one specific life can become a mirror, reflecting the universal search to understand oneself.
