Fiorella (She/Her) is an emerging Arts Manager with experience in socially engaged program development and co-ordination. Fiorella developed and delivered the Incinerator Gallery Art & Dementia Program in 2019. Fiorella has also developed pilot Art & Dementia online program 2020 and Tuning-In to Art(online) 2021 to pilot stage. In early 2022 Fiorella co-ordinated the suite of 13 public and studio workshop programs for Incinerator Gallery in Moonee Valley, whilst also maintaining communications with Education and Volunteer stakeholders. Fiorella currently provides casual support to Incinerator gallery as a Gallery Attendant and Duty Manager. Fiorella has a modest creative practice in drawing, painting, collage and video editing and believes reative expression can be transformative and should be accessible to all. Fiorella is especially interested in bringing arts practice together with pedagogy to offer experiences that assist us to understand ourselves, society and community and our role in supporting wellbeing, gender equality, environmental justice.
