How the team can help
Quality Improvement
We work in collaboration with the Centre for Academic Quality and Enhancement (CAQE) to provide an operational and strategic approach to addressing the Higher Education Standards Framework at RMIT.
We have expertise in:
Policy interpretation; TEQSA regulatory requirements; data analysis and visualisations; program design and development; student feedback data analysis; program reviews; and academic integrity.
Data analysis & reporting
We work to support academic staff to understand and interpret course and program data, by providing the collation, analysis and evaluation of quality data to ensure continuous improvement.
We provide policy and standards interpretation for focus areas as WIL; assessment; orientation; student progression; academic integrity; and staff qualifications.
We create program level Power BI reports to visually present CES that allows you to view GTS and OSI means across courses, response data reliability and GTS breakdown per question.
